I applied on the website, 2days later got an email to setup phone interview. Phone Interview was about 30/45 mins long, ask basic questions about, my resume, why a change, what im looking for etc... The an interview in the office with the director (sometimes its with 2 people or panel, mines was with just the director) they really do ask persnal question just to really get to know you and know your personality and how you work and operate in life because they believe how you act in life will manifest in work. I didnt get ask about how i payed for college but they also knew i was a college fb player. He did ask what my parents did but i believe they are just tryiing to get to know you because it is a really close group in the office. I was then offered to come back for a half day which i sat with a recruiter, a Sales Manager, then like another Director, I was then taken to lunch by the director and offered the job over lunch.

I applied through my university. Initial interview went okay, I honestly wasn't expecting much to come from it. Got an email later that afternoon from my recruiter asking me to apply on their online site and she will be in contact for the second interview. Got an email from a second recruiter asking to schedule a phone interview with me. We had it scheduled and then when she called me she realized I had already interviewed and said my initial recruiter will be in contact to schedule the second interview. Got an email the next day saying they went another direction. I felt pretty upset about the lack of organization and how unprofessional it was.
