more of a feel call, where he spoke about your prior experiances and where have you been
step 3 technical call (likely Ken)
Tegile has some very brilliant people working under the PS umbrella, based on how broad the product is this part of the interview took almost two hours, we spoke on so many types and situations that its hard to cover in a short conversation.
how do you connect Vmware? NFS? FC? iSCSI?
how do you connect Hyper-V iSCSI? FC? SMB3?
NFS file serving? CIFS file serving?
step 3. fly to the bay and interview with Alok, & the head of Product support, and the head of Engineering.
This part was the only difficult part, because they want you to be ready to put 6 hats on at once.
delievery, trainer, doc writer, sales, PM, & support.
step 4. get offer from HR
this will have your full bennies package. (free medical for the employee, ~$300 for each other person) "flex time" vacation IE nothing tracked, you can have time off if you can find it.
step 5. wait on all the sign offs from management to hire you.
