The process included a first round 2 on 1 on campus and a 5 interview final round Superday in NYC. It was a relatively quick process but overall very competitive because of a high number of interviewees.

Applied through university, had one phone call then flown to headquarters for in person that consisted of a panel of 3 people. Asked both behavioural and technical questions, all very difficult, meant to throw you off

What is an ETF? What is a hedge? How would you hedge an ETF? How do you know how much to hedge?
Applied online, phone screen, got invited for superday. I met with 5 people all super nice. The overall experience is great and positive. You can tell that they really care and it is truly a great firm to work for.
