Question 1
What all tools have you used in your past work experience.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez TD (New York, NY) en août 2024
Entretien
This company is operating in 2010 in their recruiter outreach: they call you intending an on-the-spot phone screen. Unfortunately they timed it for my 1 single week off the grid with virtually non-existent cell service. However I could count the number of calls that weren't ringing through by the number of emails prompting me to call back (at any random time)! This lack of courtesy around scheduling a time when both sides can be prepared and focused is a symptom of worse company processes, not an isolated anomaly. The emails included a variety of fonts, bolding and colors (both bolded lime and forest greens), and images bragging about being a "top place to work" that the mountain cabin WiFi couldn't load. By the way, the job title is exactly their choosing. "Mgmt"; just lazy and abbreviation-first instead of actual spelling. After having my vacation interrupted too many times with nonsense notifications when we made trips into town, I finally opened up the JD to see if it was worth my time. And found this jaw-dropping snippet that flies in the face of both the spirit and letter of NYC's salary transparency law:
As TD puts career development at the forefront of our colleague experience, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role.
At nor NEAR(!!!)

Will you accept the published salary range that is inaccurate for typical candidates?
