It was an online interview with two hiring managers and later on, a current Sales Rep came in to show me the "ropes" via computer and see if I could work a computer. It was weird to see if I could work a computer, and sad to think about who they must be interviewing. I just said I had great customer service and I was a honest, upfront, and competitive person and they loved me. They are looking for people who are "hungry, happy, and humble."
