There were three rounds of interviews in total:
Round 1: Telephone interview, asking for basic information and background
Second round: an interview with recruiter, will ask some basic bq
Third round: an interview with branch manager, will ask some more in depth questions centred around personal background. (didn't pass)

The process was not complex and the interviewer was friendly. The time schedule for the interview was respected and the lady did not drag it with more questions.
I was stress at the beginning but my interviewer asked me to be relax and confident. It helped me alot
