I was selected for a skills based test, then I was called for a telephone interview first , then physical interview consisting of a panel of managers. Interview was about 45 minutes long.

Tell us a time when you dealt with an irate customer
It takes several steps. First, there was a simulation and a personality test. Then, you received a phone call interview which last about 30mins. After that, there was a video interview with managers. Most of the questions are behaviour questions.
