It took 2 week to complete the process. I applied directly to the TD portal and fist I got assessment and got a call interview. After one day got a virtual interview which last for 45 minutes. It was a easy process and interviewer was also very polite.

2. Tell me about your previous job.
3. Tell me a situation where you have to handle a difficult customer who was agree with the service.
4. Tell me about a incident where you handle unsatisfied customer.
5. More situation base questions
Only one round with a recruiter. I was asked some technical and behavioural questions particularly about the position. Whole process was so smooth and HR responded quickly. Overall experience was excellent.
hr interview, phone in for 30mins. then go to second round interview about behavioral question. the whole progress was very quick. it only takes a week to complete all interview and get the offer

it was easy. Online teams interviewed lasted 45 minutes. there is only one round of interview. it was Quick and easy. got offer letter withing two days. they hire in batches.
