multi level, computer questions to pre screen, then 2 hour phone interview, then 1 hour face to face panel interview with GM and other team leader. Not very professional- TL yawned during the interview, they were not prepared- they did not have copy of my resume, phone interview results, overall this was not a professional experience

the whole interview took about two hours. the interview type was one on one with the operations manager. talked about previous experience and employment. nothing unusual for management position.
