Human Resources was extremely unprofessional with their interview process. They did NOT return phone calls in a timely manner and NEVER answered the phone when I tried calling. After interviewing with the Human Resources Representative, I interviewed in the branch, where both the General and Assistant Managers gave me their cards to "contact anytime". But after not hearing from them for almost 3 weeks, I did contact them and was still ignored. Finally, 6 weeks later, I heard back from the Human Resources Dept telling me the position was filled.

Interviewed with store manager and assistant manager. Got a call back in about 2 weeks with offer. Very easy experience. They asked pretty basic questions and let me know about the job.
