Found the position through monster. Went through the basic ordeal, submitted resume, gave past work information, location preferences, etc. Got a call one day on the spot for an interview. Asked basic interview questions. "Why are you interested in the financial sector?" "Give an example where you demonstrated leadership" "What about you would stand out from the other candidates?" Whole thing took around 30 mins. Said they would follow up within the month about the status, but they never did. Somewhat disappointed, but can't say I'm surprised.
