First there was a phone screening interview which was arranged by the recruiter, followed by a personal interview with two people, who were both very affable, friendly, and professional, followed by technical skills test, which wasn't very realistic but they seemed to be aware of that fact.

One interview with the hiring Senior manager (in person) and the hiring manager (on phone)
This was a very specific role within the Corporate technology role and the interview was focused on discussing my experience in the technology that was in use at the bank

Very to the point. Great panel and well organized. Long timers so they have excellent functional knowledge.First has the recruiter reach out to me and within a week the interview was set-up. I got a call about the job confirmation two weeks from then.
