Entretien
Process is as follow:
1. got referred to this branch by a manager in another branch
2. short interview with one of the managers in this branch
3. waited around 1 week and got another phone call to arrange another interview
4. long interview with 2 managers (1 hr and 20 min)
5. received an online assessment from HR on the same day after the interview
6. waited for 3 days and got a call from HR with their good news
7. filling in several forms and getting ready to undergo background check
8. if satisfied, 4 consecutive days of training in downtown and 1 week training in branch prior to real work

Pretty much the same as others has said in this forum, unexpected ones could be using other languages to respond to interview's questions as it is a trilingual position.

Entretien
It was alright nice people they asked lots of questions very solid, to interview was really long and the employees were behind but all in all that was a solid interview. I would definitely recommend the managers and everyone were really nice.
