The interview process was fairly easy. They ask basic Investment and customer service-related questions. Be well prepared for a long interview of about 45-50 mins. It was one step interview for me, but i strongly feel good preparation and knowledge can definitely get you in!

Applied online. A week after received a phone interview, then another week interviewing with the hiring manager and other team members. Due to the pandemic, the process was taking through phone about 30 mins and virtual interviewing about 1hr. Did not get any response a week after the second interview.
