Hiring process started with an online survey which tested your attention to detail.
Second step was a telephone interview that was mostly situational questions and little about yourself.
Third interview was face-to-face with the Branch Manager and was very similar to the telephone interview.
Awesome interview process, it was professional & courteous. The interview process is lengthy, but worth it in the end!
I spend two years in this role and I loved it.

Tell me about yourself and why you want to be an FSR?
There was only one store manager in the interview. It was an in person interview. Before that, I also went through a phone interview. Overall, their interview was pretty easy.
1st phone, 2nd video call (2 different people), 3rd offer letter, 4th go take pick up pcs, 5th start working. Customer service type of questions. Tell me about yourself. Weaknesses and strengthens
