So far in the first stages of the hiring process. Submitted application last week and within days got a message from the hiring manager (I suspect) asking for availability for a 30min video interview. A bit informal of an approach as I usually get reached out via email or phone call with more instruction on what to expect.

The interview process was very straight forward. I spoke with a Human Resources representative over the phone and then the scheduled an in-person interview a few days later. I sat with the manager and assistant manager and they asked simple questions. The interview lasted about a half hour. I was called the next day with an offer.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Nothing crazy. They asked about my previous job and what I did there to see if it fit with their position.

I applied online and got an online interview with the district manager. Next, I had an interview at the specific location. I was not told it was a panel interview and the 3 managers were very unprofessional. They asked inappropriate questions, changed the question after my response, and it was overall a very toxic/humiliating one hour interview.
Was very straightforward, make sure to remain calm. Answer confidently and be honest. Try to know some fun facts about the company; they love it when you are knowledgeable and know about where you want to work. It shows that you are interested and that it's not just another job.
