I was asked to solve a standard coding problem. The interviewer clearly stated that time complexity didn’t matter, only that the code should run without errors. No explanation or discussion was required — just the final working solution. While I was analyzing my approach, the recruiter was at times checking their phone, which made the experience feel a bit rushed and transactional. Overall, this style of interview seemed to emphasize producing a correct result quickly rather than deeper reasoning or optimization.

Applied through referral and they called for interview it was of around 1 hour online interview but in person in office.And in the result , they offered me the position. after 15 days
