Very slow interview process took around more than 1 month. Then releasing offer letter took another 25 days . Not systematic process no updates on follow ups. No response over call or phone.

My interview process was really good and they only thing you should know is you should be strong in your domain. And they only concentrate in your answer what you give and take question from yourself and interview proces is all only about the domain not other than that.
Interview process was good, but did not settle on offer, asked for documentation but later said that compensation does not fit into band. Company has taken all the details before interview, hence giving analogy of not fitting into band is little bit vague
