I worked with a recruiter. I interviewed with the Hiring Manager, two others and the Chief People Officer. The Hiring Manager was condescending at times and did not appear qualified to head up the Clin Ops department. They make you sign an NDA but did not want to go into in depth detail about what the position requires.
