short , kind of awkward , panel style. they asked you different questions about your background and focused heavily on your involvement in the community. They were vague on the overall company goal as they bounced from community to sales etc .

I was contacted by a HR person to take an assessment test. Evidently I passed that and was asked to answer interview questions via email. I didn't hear back so I emailed the HR person who was on vacation. She emailed me 10 days later with “it was sent to the hiring manager“, nothing else. Hiring manager never contacted me, I had no email for the hiring manager to contact them. A waste of my time and very unprofessional.
