Interview process was fairly informal. They did not practice Behavioral Interview Techniques like STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result).

Interview was professional with the hiring manager and a Senior Program Manager. Was not a structured interview, so the questions were very appropriate. Basically wanted to understand my background and aptitude for the position. Although I did not get the job, it was good to receive a personal call from the hiring manager letting me know it was between me and another candidate, and the other candidate had a bit more related experience. It was one of the most personal and positive interviews I have had, with what appeared to be true interest in the interviewee.
