I replied to an online job posting. I was contacted by email by one of the company owners. We exchanged phone numbers via email. We played phone tag for a couple of weeks before we actually spoke to each other. I was scheduled for an interview. I was interviewed by an assistant. She seemed to like me and scheduled me for a second interview witht the owner. I went to the second interview. The owner divided his attention among me, his computer (turning his back at me a few times while I spoke), and the telephones. I was told I was hired but I never heard from them again and I did not pursue this position any further.
