Entretien
Post the Aptitude Round (which is difficult, I must say), there are generally two rounds of interviews. First round is conducted by a senior with higher experience who will try to gauge your knowledge about the TV industry, your analytical ability, general know-how about the Indian population (very basic). Maximum focus is on your analytical and communication skills as these are used on a daily basis on the job. The second round is with the team-lead whose team the hiring is going on for, for the TL to determine your suitability to role and team requirement.
The place they'll try to stress you out at is how well you analyze a set of data points and if you have concrete reasoning for the same. They'll keep sowing doubt in your mind even if you are right to test your confidence and logic.
They also tend to ask puzzles to understand your thought process and problem-solving techniques.
They don't interview candidates with the intention to make it difficult as the aptitude is one of the more difficult ones. However, they look for logic behind every statement you make and if you really think before answering.
