Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) ( Don't waste your time ) Interview Experience: Very disappointing experience overall. The interview itself went extremely well and was quite in-depth from a technical perspective. However, the post-interview process was poorly handled. HR Experience: HR was not responsive and the feedback was significantly delayed. I had to personally follow up multiple times, including calling, just to get an update. This lack of communication felt unprofessional. Decision & Transparency: After a delay, I was informed that I was not suitable for a Lead role, despite having worked as a Lead for the past 4 years across two organizations. Additionally, budget constraints were communicated very late in the process, which ideally should be clarified upfront to avoid wasting candidates’ time. Overall Feedback: The process lacked transparency, timely communication, and clarity around role expectations and budget. Candidates should think twice before applying unless these aspects improve.
