Group interview with the regional manager at the head office in collingwood. We tasted teas and had to pretend to sell products. We then had a five minute chat with the regional manager.

Applied through the Company careers website. Received a phone call from the store manager 3 days later. She was absolutely wonderful. Scheduled an interview for a time which worked for both of us. Went to the interview at the store, she asked fairly easy retail questions. 1 week later, I received an email saying I was successful. Make sure you know the company, their values and what you’re expected to do in the role.
