Assessment day: group activity, Q&A, 1 on 1 interview HR was being very vague about the scheduling and timing of the interview process, which I later found out that they send 50% of the people home after the first group activity of the assessment day, so 50% chance that you spend doubled amount of time attending the assessment day than actually being in the assessment if they think that you have not contributed enough in the group activity, which the examiners spent longer chatting to other examiners than listening to your group discussion.
