Horrible, I reached the interview venue 15 min before and they asked me to wait for 2 hours. Finally the Interview happened for 25 min ( again which was not up to the mark, the interviewer’s soft-skills were not up to the mark. He didn’t have enough practical questions on project management). The recruitment person didn’t show up after interview, again wait of 45 min. Most disappointing they did not inform me about the second round after two follow ups.

Se pide el cv para poder convocar a la entrevista, en la entrevista te preguntan tus credenciales, tus expectativas salariales y de ahí se deciden los siguientes pasos. En caso de que no esten de acuerdo con tu expectativa. no se sigue el proceso

Angenehmes Gespräch. Genannte Themenschwerpunkte der Funktion stimmten nicht mit Anzeige überein und entsprachen auch nicht meinem beruflichen Hintergrund. Das kam leider erst im Gespräch auf. Diese Diskrepanz hätte zwischen HR und Fachabteilung vor der Ausschreibung auffallen müssen.
