Analytical exercise was provided in advance for me to complete to discuss in the interviews. Some of the language and questions were vague and ambiguous. The hiring manager was looking for analysis not explicitly asked by the questions. The post interview feedback was inconsistent with my provided answers, so it seemed like my responses were confused with another candidate’s.
