phone screen, followed by a personal interview, then a technical (python + SQL) round, and lastly a lightweight case study styled technical round. Regardless of how you may have performed in any one round of interview, they will continue to invite you for subsequent rounds and say they you're doing great and then accept/reject you at the very end of the whole process. Their process may take almost a month and you may be left with a rejection at the end of it all, so temper your expectations accordingly. There is nothing special or unique about their unexciting and dullard work culture, but it's important for them that you show that you are enthusiastic and in line with it; standard stuff like, collaboration, willing to learn new things, open to new challenges, etc.
