Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez T. Rowe Price (New York, NY) en oct. 2017

I went through an initial phone call that was partially technical but mostly related to learning about me. Then I went on an onsite interview where I had to take a written test and talk with two of their developers. I did poorly on the test, and although all of the developers I talked to were very pleasant, I believed them to be inexperienced (one of the people interviewing me was only there for a few weeks). This company is very big on design patterns, very 90s-esque programming (which isn't what I am into).
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Reverse a binary tree, explain how you would refactor something. Design patterns
Overall it was fine. Was contacted by company after I applied had screening, talk with team lead, then coding interview with two managers took awhile to hear back about anything but recruiter was helpful.

4 stage process
1. Pre-screening with hiring manager with some technical questions about general concepts
2. Coding interview with multiple questions (4 parts progressively getting more difficult)
3. System design - Asked to design the system that you would be working on
4. Behavioural interview with a more senior engineering manager
This was supposed to be the final stage and I got rejected and they gave no reason or feedback. I can't believe this is still happening in 2024.

We were talking about my experience in the last role. My experience in the last role was quite positive overall. My application was not progressed further and I haven't received any feedback unfortunately. I will apply to them in the future for sure!
