Entretien
Long ramp up via phone, skype, then finally flown out to Owings Mills. Interviewed with a couple individuals and the manager. The issue was it was obvious these folks had only "internal" agile experience and the thought of someone who had done larger transformations in their midst was intimidating.

Typical agile questions...if you don't know the basics, you will have issues.
Leadership questions, which I was very direct about. If leadership is having issues, and won't be part of the solution, the concept of Agile isn't being embraced.
