It was a well prepared, sequential team interview--about two hours, preceded by an HR screening interview. The individuals asked probing questions related to the job and fit, including the typical "give me an example of when you did X..." The hiring manager assembled a good cross-section of four members of the organization to garner a good sense of my fit for the team. They provided their feedback to the recruiter within a day and I started within a week.
