Virtual interview with hiring manager. Seemed to understand function and was able to answer my questions. I felt I had a good handle on the job based on the questions he asked. It was not exactly what I had in mind for my next role.

Entretien
Had an initial Recruiter screen where she asked me about my experience and told me more about the position. Then about a week later had an interview with hiring manager. After had a couple rounds with team members. Then completed a analysis which I shared with a panel.

The interview process is Long. It Can take months to hear back. Overall, the interview is easy but the process is unnecessarily long. Managers don't follow up in a timely fashion or even when they commit to doing so.
