sat at a round table with 3 local managers and the district managers. Interview took 2.5 hrs. They ask situational questions. About nightie situations and what worst thing about any if your old jobs. They want you to explain neg things in a positive light. They will offer you a lower position and tell you that you have to work your way up even with allot of experience.

Asked multiple questions about my work experience as well as gave me scenarios for events that would occur on the sales floor, such as escalation and process of selling. Asked about past employment and what all was done in there.

the person that interviewed me was 30 minutes late and didn't apologize for being tardy, he seemed very uninterested, in a hurry and kept glancing at his phone or looking around, some of the questions were a bit confusing and not well worded and at one point i had to let him know that i couldn't understand the question he was asking, he then gave me a bigger attitude and finished the interview. i left knowing that i didn't want the job anymore and i probably didn't get it either.
