I applied online, and heard back from them within a week. The recruitment team sent a HireVue link to record a video interview. I took some days to prepare for general interview questions, and it went decent. Not too hard to figure out.

Online Interview Format: You are given around three- four behavioral questions and get to record the answers following after. They give you a limit of three tries but it is plenty of time to get your answer as good as you want. I submitted the interview in the beginning of October and still have not received an update. I am going to assume I got rejected.
