Ik werd gekozen middels een intermediair. T mobile is heel erg gericht op targets. Ieder heeft een eigen sales target plan. Bij de selectie procedure werd hier op getest. Hoe kan je omgaan met moelijke vragen en hoe kan je een potlood verkopen.

The interview was smooth. Very nice conversation from hiring manager to where it didn’t feel like an interview. Was supposed to have a second interview but they hired me from the first one.
