It was a very simple interview process. I participated in a T-Mobile Job Fair over 5 years ago, and they asked me simple questions about what my experiences with my previous employer was like and how that could help me in the position that I am applying for. They also asked me what skills do I intend to learn by working at T-Mobile, and in the end they gave me a specific customer scenario and asked me what I would do to solve their problem.

They asked behavioral questions like describing a time I worked under pressure, handled a difficult customer, or adapted to changes at work. They also wanted to know how comfortable I was approaching customers and recommending products or services
