Took about 3 weeks to receive offer. Recruiter set up an initial phone screen with my soon to be manager, next I went to the office for 2 rounds of panel interviews, and finally had a phone interview with the director.
Their questions were greatly influenced by my resume, so make sure you actually know how to talk about what is on your resume. I was asked mostly about the projects I'm currently working on and a bit about the things I've done in the past.
I feel like the interview was also really culture focused (i.e. they don't want any jerks on their team) which I appreciated. They wanted to know how I'd deal with stressful days and low performers on the team.

I first had a phone interview, they asked simple questions about programming and my background. Then I had zoon interview where they asked more technical questions. They asked me to explain one of the project I have worked on, the design I used and technologies.
