I applied in late May and recieved an invitation to interview approximately one month later in late June. Interview consisted of two panel interviews with store management and a regional manager, followed by a role-play sales situation. All interview questions were in the SBO format asking for specific experiences, how you reacted, and the outcome. The interviewers were very professional and made the experience an enjoyable process.

Applied and completed a personality assessment. Two virtual interviews (virtual due to Hurricane Ian). First interview with SM and ASM. Second interview with DM. Very short interviews with easy questions.

it took time for them to call me once I apply on the website, then they make me do a video interview, then another interview with 2 stores managers and other with the district manager
Bring resume, sit for a while and wait on management then a series of questions about the company and why you want to work there. Questions related to former employers as well
