I emailed a college recruiting for T-mobile asking about career opportunities along with my resume and one of the recruiters emailed me back a week later informing me to apply for a position I was qualified for. I preferred the call center and even though I had no experience other than customer service I applied for the Finacial Care Specialist position. That same day I received a test simulation where I performed calls as if I were in a call center. The next day I received an invitation to schedule a interview and the steps to complete my background check.
The next day I had my interview. It was a pretty basic interview asking about my job experience and also behavioral questions which I used my job and school to give examples. It was a pleasant experience and salary information or any hr info couldn't be given because it was the recruiters decision. She did inform of the start date of training classes.
A week and three days letter the recruiter called me and told me that I had the job. She gave me the details of what I was making, the date training would start, and I selected between two times I could train. She then e-mailed me a commitment letter to sign and email back. After retrieval of the commitment letter I received my official offer letter.
