I had an initial phone interview where I was asked basic questions by the Sales Leader. I was then followed up with by the Store Manager and had a second interview by the Store Manager and Associate Manager. I was called 3-4 days later and was offered the job. All questions must be answered with the STAR method (Situation/Task, Action Took, Result).
