1 phone screen, 5 in loop + 2 post loop. They already had an internal candidate lined up by the time of the loop. The last two rounds were meant to eliminate me. Kinda seemed predefined by then.

Entretien
Many many steps - too many - got a call from their internal recruiter for a good fit. Then took another call from their Internal recruiter, then had to take an online test on Scrum methodology , then had a series of group interviews which ironically a member who ultimately decided I wasnt a good fit - one person out of the 10 I spoke to - was disconnected from the zoom call multiple times during the interview.

Pretty straight forward, focus on management experience and examples from past and how you would handle situations on my team. There will multiple rounds with recruiting, hiring manager, 2 other managers and others
