Fairly straightforward interview process. There will be an assessment form to be filled out before the interview to check the role is the right fit. After this the interview is fairly relaxed! Situational interview questions, these will need answers backed with examples from previous experience- can be work/ education or life!
Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.

The interview was based on normal questions for a retail position. The manager was lovely and very calming. A great place to work very supported staff and management are great.
