The interview process was relaxed and friendly. I have worked for TK Maxx on two separate occasions with a gap in between and both interviews were scheduled the same day as my application, however this was before they changed their application process to a centralised system.

What experience do you have of giving customer service?
One-on-one interview with one of the managers. The manager had a booklet with questions to go through. Interview was quite informal, it was more like a chat. Lasted about 15-30 minutes. Mostly scenario-based questions.

The interview process at TK Maxx was structured and welcoming. It began with a brief introduction to the company and role, followed by competency-based questions focused on customer service, teamwork, and handling busy retail environments. I was asked to give examples from previous experience and demonstrate how I would support store operations. The process also included availability discussions and an opportunity to ask questions about expectations and training.

In person interview with the manager of the store lasting around 30 minutes. They referred to my CV I had uploaded and asked me to elaborate on certain experiences. I was asked what I knew about the company and why I wanted to work for them.
