Half an hour, fairly simple. Questions involved teamwork skills, currently job/education, future plans etc. Were not too put off when I mentioned moving for University but willing to be transferred to another store if I got the job.
Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.

The interview was based on normal questions for a retail position. The manager was lovely and very calming. A great place to work very supported staff and management are great.

Easy, they just want to see that your availability is good and you can follow instructions. Don’t talk about your degree or any corporate experience they reject people for being overqualified
