Very simple and calm and easy. They ask a lot of scenario questions and availability questions. There was a friendly interviewer too. Many of the questions as I sai dis linked to scenarios not retail specifically but in general in life.

Tell us a time when you had to find several solutions for a problem and what did you do?
Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.

The interview was based on normal questions for a retail position. The manager was lovely and very calming. A great place to work very supported staff and management are great.

Easy, they just want to see that your availability is good and you can follow instructions. Don’t talk about your degree or any corporate experience they reject people for being overqualified
