I had a video interview with mostly behavioural questions. It was quite easy as you could replay the recording as many times as wanted. The second and final stage was a one day on site. We had many group exercises. In one of them you were given a character and you should defend it in other to save him from an island. Others were more related to the job such a strategy for merchandising where you should fix a price and choose how many units you wanted from given items. You also had a merchandising assignment by yourself that you have to present and a personal interview
