Handed in my CV. A week or two later received a call asking me to come in for an interview. Interview was short and fairly informal. Discussed my CV and asked a few competence questions. Completed a personality questionnaire and a test to see how you would respond to different situations in the job. Received a call 2 days later offering me the job and started a few days after.
