They gave me a printed out quiz which I had to fill out. The manager then went away to review my answers and said I scored enough points. Following this we had a discussion about my previous work experiences and what hours I would like to work with them. They said they would like to hire me but as it was late on during recruitment they may not have any hours left.
Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.

The interview was based on normal questions for a retail position. The manager was lovely and very calming. A great place to work very supported staff and management are great.

Easy, they just want to see that your availability is good and you can follow instructions. Don’t talk about your degree or any corporate experience they reject people for being overqualified
