So they introduce themselves to you and guide you into their interview room, as we took seat they introduce themselves like their hobbies and things they do outside of work, they then ask to introduce myself as a starter to get to know each other and settle into the interview.

Face-to-face interview that wasn't too hard, just the standard real interview. I would recommend it to anyone looking to secure a genuine role with no prior experience. Just make sure that you are on time and professional and that you show that you are keen to learn if you do not have experience
